Coach Jason Bilous is a South Charlotte Revolution baseball coach who is offering private lessons to help develop our league's young athletes.
In Jason's own words:
I have over 6 years of professional baseball experience. I have been a pitcher for the Cleveland Guardians and Chicago White Sox organizations, where I played for both Triple A teams and was on both team’s 40 man rosters. Over the years, I have been giving private pitching and hitting lessons and assisted with coaching teams of various ages.
As a recently retired baseball player, I am transitioning into coaching full time. Having played at a high level, I understand firsthand the challenges athletes face and am passionate about guiding them toward achieving their full potential.
As someone who thrives in collaborative environments, communication and leadership are central to my coaching philosophy. I believe in cultivating a supportive atmosphere where players feel motivated and valued. Throughout my coaching career, I have prioritized developing players' potential through innovative training exercises and tailored developmental plans. My approach is anchored in problem-solving, ensuring that I can effectively manage the dynamic challenges that arise during sports seasons.
I’m committed to excellence in performance and inspiring the next generation of athletes. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my passion for baseball and my commitment to player development to each athlete with whom I work.”
