REGISTRATION IS OPENING WEEK OF MARCH 2!

We will be offering 7u (6-7 year olds) and projecting multiple teams at all other levels (8u, 9u, 10u and 11u).

Though registration will open for 12u and 13u - these ages are harder to fill out a competitive team and I would like to have coaches in place ASAP.

Camp information and dates are being finalized as well.

New for 2026: A child's age on July 15, 2026 is his/her age for the season.

It is recommended and encouraged that athletes play in their specific age division.  For example 9 year old athletes are best off playing in the 9u division.  "Playing Up" as is it is referred to (and 9 year old playing on the 10u team), requires approval from the Head Coach and our Association Football Director.

In some cases based on team formation numbers, a team may also be made up of 2 groups of ages.  For example if we have low numbers at 12 and 13 year old, then we would combined those age groups for a 13u team.

PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY BOTH MIDDLE SCHOOL AND POP WARNER.  Let your coach know of your intentions.

2026 Season Planned Teams:

Currently based on interest, historical growth and historical rosters we are planning the follow 2026 teams:

  • 7u - 1 team with a max of 24 roster spots 
  • 8u - 2 teams with a max of 24 roster spots
  • 9u - 2 teams with a max of 24 roster spots
  • 10u - 2 teams with a max of 24 roster spots
  • 11u - 3 teams with a max 24 roster spots
  • 12u - 1 team if any or combined with 13u.
  • 13u - 1 team if any
For 12u and 13u I am need of confirmed head coaches.

Registration Costs (Registration to open in March/April):

 $425 After July 1, 2026 
**If you register after July 1, you may not be able to choose your number or have your name on the back of the Jersey.

Payment Policy:

Online payment is expected at the time of registration.  Unpaid registrations will be automatically removed or waitlisted.  Your spot is not guaranteed unless the registration is paid in full.

Refund Policy:

Before July 14:
  • Refunds can be given with a $50 administrative fee and if your jersey has been ordered then $85 will also be deducted from your refund (feel free to pickup the jersey once they come in).
After July 14:
  • No refunds will be given except in the case that your child cannot be placed on a team (no guarantees of which team they will be placed on)
  • No refunds for players injured at any point
  • No refunds for players that leave for Middle School Football or any other football program
Camps additional information:
  • Refunds are only given in the case of full-event cancellation by SCRA (no partial refunds for specific days)
  • No other refunds will be given after the camp has started

Key Dates:

  • Registration Opens - Week of March 2
  • Registration Closes - July 15/August 1 or as soon as rosters fill up

  • Summer Football Camp with Ardrey Kell - TBD
  • Conditioning Camp - TBD - around July 6 - July 13 time frame.
  • Dick's Shopping Day - TBD
  • First Practice - Wednesday July 15, 2026
  • Games Begin - August 22 or August 29, 2026 (this will not be known until July - there will be games Labor Day Weekend)
  • Regular Season ends with games on October 31 for all teams and continued potential for games into November for all teams.
  • Regional Playoffs for teams that qualify begin in November (Nov 7 - Nov 21)

Equipment Handouts:

  • Will be scheduled during the month of June/July.
  • Paperwork must be completed before equipment is handed out.
  • An equipment deposit check of $200 will be required.  Check is to be dated November 1, 2026 and written out to "SCRA".  Check is returned/destroyed when equipment is returned.  CASH is not acceptable.  You can go to your bank and request a check for this.
  • We provide Helmets, Shoulder Pads, Game Pants, Game Jersey, Practice Jersey.
  • We have limited practice pants, that are available first come first serve - we recommend getting your own.  White or any color is fine.
  • Players should have their own Mouthpiece, Chin Strap, Cleats, Socks.

Olde Providence Park (located behind the Elementary School)
-Main Football Field, Muppet Field and AUX Field.

Additional Practice Field Space that could be used:
Ardrey Kell High School

Home Games:
Ardrey Kell High School

Away Games:
League away games are at locations around the Charlotte Metro area including Lake Norman, Cabarrus County, Harrisburg, Mint Hill, Fort Mill and Gastonia area.
