Team Divisions

Pop Warner utilizes an age based schematic for the football divisions of play.

AGE-BASED: Tackle Football

Division	Ages
(8U)	7-8
(10U)	8-9-10
(12U)	10-11-12
(14U)	12-13-14

A child's age on July 31, 2025 is her age for the season.

PLAYERS CAN PLAY GIRLS FLAG AND CHEER IF THEY WANT TO.

Information and Costs

Registration Cost: $175

Payment Policy:

Online payment is expected at the time of registration. Unpaid registrations will be automatically removed or waitlisted. Your spot is not guaranteed unless the registration is paid in full.

Refund Policy:

Before AUG 1:

Refunds can be given with a $50 administrative fee and if your jersey has been ordered then $85 will also be deducted from your refund (feel free to pickup the jersey once they come in).

After AUG 1:

No refunds will be given except in the case that your child cannot be placed on a team (no guarantees of which team they will be placed on)
No refunds for players injured at any point
No refunds for players that leave for Middle School Football or any other football program

Key Dates:

Parent Meeting - TBD
First Practice - Saturday August 2
Games Begin - League still determining, but most likely Sunday September 7
Regular Season - most likely ends at end of October.
Opportunity to play in the Pop Warner National Championships in December.

Additional Notes:

Jerseys to be provided - player will keep
Flags Provided
Practices - Schedules still being determined, to be finalized by selected head coach for each team. Practices most likely at Olde Providence.
Games - Game locations TBD.
Rules and Game information coming soon - Pop Warner releasing rules at the end of July.

Games are 7 vs 7 format.
Rosters will be 10 to 18 girls.

League away games are at locations around the Charlotte Metro area including Lake Norman, Cabarrus County, Harrisburg, Mint Hill
